Hygiene Policy

We believe that Hygiene is SO IMPORTANT to the wellbeing and health of our clients that we dedicate this page to telling you our policy.

We NEVER double dip our spatulas when giving a hot wax treatment. If your waxer double dips when waxing an intimate area or where blood spotting occurs you are at risk of cross infection!

We wear a fresh pair of gloves for every client, sanitizing the gloves where there are multiple treatments for the same client.

Each client gets a freshly UV sanitized set of waxing tools (tweezers, scissors etc) used on them.

Each client is given cleansing intimate wipe sachet to use prior to intimate waxing treatment

Staff are not allowed to treat a client if they are at risk of giving an infection to a client. Staff will wear medical masks if they have the slightest hint of a cold.

All work surfaces are sanitized using a sanitizer spray before and after each client.

Floors are sanitized regularly throughout the day.

Hand Sanitizing Gel is available to clients in each room and is used before and after each client by the Wax Specialist.

Fresh towels, floor mat and couch roll is used for each client.

If you are not 100% satisfied that the room is sanitized we encourage you to point it out to a member of staff so the matter can be addressed before we start the treatment.
