Bookings & Cancellations

Waxed Works is open by appointment only. That means you need an appointment to have a treatment or consultation as reception is not always open. This arrangement gives us the flexibility to offer treatments outside of standard opening times, for example should you need a later or earlier appointment time than those listed we will do all we can to accomodate you.

Tuesday 10am - 8pm
Weds 10am - 5.30pm
Thursday 10am - 8pm
Friday 10am - 5.30pm
Saturday 10am - 5.30pm

BOOKING (First Time Clients Only)

We will require a valid phone number so that we can contact you to confirm your appointment 24 hours before your appointment date. If we are unable to make contact with you sorry but we will automatically cancel your appointment.

Intimate Gents Treatments (First Time Clients Only)
We invite all gentlemen seeking an intimate treatment for the first time at Waxed Works to attend a free initial consultation prior to making your first appointment.

In SOME cases we MAY ask clients booking a treatment for the FIRST time for a credit card booking. No payment is taken from your card until your appointment however you will also be asked to give us 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Sorry but we will deduct the full amount of the treatment price if you do not give us adequate notice.

APPOINTMENT TIMES
Your appointment time gives us adequate time for you to have a full treatment and give us enough time for you to change and for us to clean the room, however if you are late for your appointment we may not have enough time to complete your treatment in the way that we would wish.

CANCELLATIONS
Life just sometimes gets in the way of our plans, we understand that, but if you dont let us know of your change of plans then we cant make plans ourselves. We therefore ask all our clients to give us 24 hours notice of any change of plans. So pick up the phone - we dont bite!
